Sep 2008 5 Fri All Book/Activity Bills are due.
  8 Mon Kindergarten classes begin at 8:30 AM in the School Auditorium. 12:00 dismissal for the first week.  After-School begins for grades 1-8.
  11 Thu In order to remember our dead and to pray for peace in our world, the Church will be opened all day.  Please come and join us - blessing of our new flag at 8:30 AM.
  17 Wed Candy sale begins.  2 weeks only. Sale ends Fri., Oct. 3rd
  22 Mon Beginning of Diocesan "Standardized Reading Tests" Grades 3-8
  23 Tue Home-School Meeting for parents of children grades 5-8 at 7:45 PM in the School Auditorium.

  18 Tue Home-School Meeting for ALL GRADES (K-8) at 7:45 PM in the School Auditorium. One parent must attend.
  27 Thu School Closed - Thanksgiving
  28 Fri School Closed - Thanksgiving Recess
       
Dec 2008 8 Mon School Closed - Immaculate Conception
All students are expected to attend Mass.
  10 Wed Open School - Report Cards - Parents MUST COME and sign for Report Cards.  The time is 2:30 to 3:30 PM and 6:00 to 7:00 PM.  Even if you owe a bill you must still come to see your child's teachers.
  12 Fri Christmas Show - Grades K, 2, 4, 6, 8
  19 Fri School Closes at 10:30 AM for Christmas Vacation.  School reopens on 1/5/2009.
       
Jan 2009 3 Thu School re-opens.  After-School Program re-opens.
  9 Wed Re-registration papers sent home.  These are due back by no later than March 10th.
  11 Fri 8th Grade Graduation Pictures will be taken.

Feb 2009 1 Fri School Carnival - Special Day to celebrate Catholic Schools.
  18-22 M-F School Closed - Winter Recess (All Week).  After School Program is closed as well.

Mar 2009 5 Wed Spring Candy Sale begins - every child is expected to sell a minimum of two boxes.
  12 Wed Open School/Report Cards - Parents MUST COME and sign for Report Cards.  1:30 PM to 2:30 PM or 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
  19 Wed School Closes at 12:00 Noon for Easter Vacation
  20-28 Thu-Fri School Closed for Easter Vacation

  7 Wed Flower Sale for Mother's Day - Children will be able to buy plants on Wed 5/7 and Thurs 5/8.

  10 Sat First Holy Communion at St. Francis Xavier Church
  15 Thu All Bills, Late-Tuition, After-School Payments, Late Fees, etc. must be paid in full.
All library books must be returned.  No personal checks accepted after this date.
  20 Tue Testing of New Students, grades K-7; measuring of children for school uniforms ($25 deposit required), grades K-7.
NOTE: There is no school for Kindergarten students this day (5/20).
